The Six Skills Global Dialogue is a global ideation initiative of the new Center for the Future of Organization at the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.  By tapping into the wisdom of the crowd, we aim to deepen our understanding of how social media is transforming the texture of organizations and the practice of leadership

We invite thought leaders, academics. executives, consultants, and anyone who wants to provide insights to contribute their perspective and share their experiences. We are particularly interested in hearing stories about innovative practices, successes, and stumbling blocks.

To frame the dialogue, we will use the six-dimensional capability framework which has been developed by Roland Deiser and Sylvain Newton. To assure the quality of the dialogue we will curate all contributions and comments.
